1. About VALR Energy

VALR Energy offers functional energy drink products designed for active lifestyles, performance, focus, and everyday energy. Our products may contain caffeine, vitamins, amino acids, fruit juice, plant-based ingredients, and other functional ingredients.

Our products are food and beverage products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

2. Eligibility

By using our website or purchasing our products, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence, or that you are using the website with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

Our products are not intended for children. Please keep VALR Energy products out of reach of children.

We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions, ingredient information, images, pricing, availability, nutritional details, and other product-related information. However, we do not guarantee that all information on the website is complete, current, or error-free.

VALR Energy products may contain caffeine and other active ingredients. Do not consume our products if you are sensitive to caffeine or if your healthcare provider has advised you to avoid caffeine, stimulants, or any ingredient listed on our packaging.

5. Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update product pricing, shipping costs, promotions, discounts, product availability, and product details at any time without notice.

Payment must be received before an order is processed. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or modify any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, payment issues, violation of these Terms, or other business reasons.

6. Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday via FedEx. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Our standard processing time is 2 to 4 business days for in-stock items. Processing time is separate from estimated delivery time.

Standard FedEx shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days depending on the shipment origin, destination, carrier volume, weather, holidays, and other factors outside of our control.

Once tracking information is provided, please allow 24 to 48 business hours for tracking updates to appear.

At this time, VALR Energy only supports domestic shipping within the United States. International shipping is not available.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. VALR is not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, returned, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

7. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, Damaged Orders, and Missing Items

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged product claims, and missing item claims are handled according to our Shipping & Returns Policy.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for eligible purchases made directly from valrbrand.com.

If your order arrives damaged or is missing an item, please contact us right away at info@valrbrand.com. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

If a replacement is approved, we may ship the replacement at no additional cost to you. If a refund is approved, it will be issued manually for the appropriate amount associated with the returned item or items.

Refunds will only be issued after all items from the original order have been returned, including any free promotional items included with the shipment, unless we determine otherwise.

Orders purchased from retailers, marketplaces, distributors, or websites other than valrbrand.com are subject to that retailer’s return, refund, and warranty policies. If you purchased VALR products somewhere other than valrbrand.com, please contact that retailer first.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback, as most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team.

8. Product Availability

Products, flavors, bundles, variety packs, limited releases, promotions, and offers may be available in limited quantities.

We reserve the right to discontinue, reformulate, repackage, replace, or limit the availability of any product at any time without notice.

We do not guarantee that any product, flavor, promotion, or offer will remain available.

9. Promotions, Discounts, and Special Offers

Promotions, coupon codes, discounts, bundles, giveaways, limited releases, and special offers may be subject to additional terms, restrictions, and expiration dates.

We reserve the right to modify, cancel, limit, or refuse any promotion at any time, including where we suspect fraud, misuse, technical error, or violation of these Terms.

Discount codes may not be combined unless expressly stated.

10. Subscriptions and Recurring Orders

If we offer subscriptions, recurring orders, auto-ship programs, or similar services, your subscription will continue until canceled according to the terms provided at checkout or in your customer account.

By signing up for a subscription, you authorize VALR or our third-party payment processor to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

You are responsible for managing or canceling your subscription before the next billing date. Cancellations made after an order has already processed may apply only to future orders.

We reserve the right to update subscription pricing, product availability, shipping terms, and subscription features. We will provide notice where required by law.
